Rancho Escondida Medina, Texas
5,300 sf addition of 10 quest rooms to existing Hill Country Spanish style boutique hotel and new 1,600 sf day spa.
Building is concrete block wall construction with stucco and stone veneer. The existing driveway stones were used for the veneer for an “old and worn” look that makes the addition look like it predates the original construction.
Project was published in the December 2007 Country Lifestyle Magazine and featured on
the syndicated TV show” The Texas Country Reporter with Bob Phillips” (Escondida Resort Edition)
